At this level, you'll have to show that you can:

• Confirm what needs to be done to achieve given objectives.
• Work with others towards achieving given objectives.
• Identify progress and suggest ways of improving work with others.

Confirm what to do - At this level, you'll need to provide:

• records of your discussions with others:
  - audio tapes
  - video tapes
  - assessor records
  
• notes of the objectives
• notes of your responsibilities
• notes of the working arrangements.

Work towards objectives - At this level, you'll need to provide:

• records of how you carried out the tasks to meet your responsibilities
• notes of the help you were given
• notes of the support you offered others

Identify progress - At this level, you'll need to provide:

• statements from you on your progress
• statements from others on your progress
• records of your answers to questions about difficulties and what you did about them
• notes of ways to improvework with others.

Evidence required

• You must provide two pieces of evidence to cover the elements in this unit.
• One example must show that you can work in one-to-one situations.
• One example must show that you can work in group situations.
