At this level, you'll have to show that you can:

• Plan straightforward work with others.
• Work cooperatively with others towards achieving identified objectives.
• Exchange information on progress and agree ways of improving work.

Evidence required

• You must provide two pieces of evidence to cover the elements in this unit.
• One example must show that you can work in one-to-one situations.
• One example must show that you can work in group situations.

Plan work

• records of your discussions with others:
  - audio tapes
  - video tapes
  or
  - assessor records
• notes of the objectives.
• notes of your responsibilities.
• notes of the working arrangements.

Work towards objectives

• records of how you have organised tasks.
• records of how you have carried out tasks.
• records of how you have supported cooperative work.
• records of how you have sought advice.

Exchange information on progress

• statements on progress.
• details about the quality of your work.
• details about how you responded to other reports on progress.
• notes of what you agreed to do to improve work with others.
• notes of what you agreed to do to help achieve objectives.
